In Schoharie County there are a high volume of speeding tickets, traffic tickets, and other vehicle and traffic violations issued to motorists every day that travel Interstate 88 between Albany and Binghamton.  Cobleskill, Oneonta and Delhi have highly recognized Colleges along I88.
