Princetown Town Court

Vehicle and Traffic matters are generally scheduled on Wednesday evenings beginning at 7:00 p.m. This Court hears vehicle and traffic matters based on tickets issued by the New York State Police, and the Schenectady County Sheriffs. The Schenectady County District Attorney’s Office prosecutes the speeding and traffic tickets that were issued by the New York State Troopers. The Princetown Town Court allows Attorneys to negotiate plea reductions by mail for tickets issued by the New York State Police.
