Court hours: Pretrial conferences usually begin at 4 pm on Tuesday afternoons.

Court information: This Court hears vehicle and traffic matters based on tickets issued by the New York State Police, the local Police Department and Greene County Sheriffs.  The Greene County District Attorney’s Office prosecutes the speeding and traffic tickets that were issued by the New York State Troopers. The Coxsackie Town Court does not accept plea negotiations or reductions by mail.

General information: The New Baltimore Town Court is the northernmost Greene County Court of the Thruway Courts. The Court itself is locatated in the Town Hall which was one of the last one room schoolhouses.
