Court information: The Greene County District Attorney’s Office prosecutes the speeding and traffic tickets issued by the New York State Troopers. The Greene County Sheriffs prosecute the traffic and speeding tickets they issue. An appearance is required to negotiate a plea reduction.

General information: This is a higher volume court due to the number of traffic tickets issued on the New York State Thruway (Interstate 87).
