Vehicle and Traffic matters are generally scheduled on Monday evenings beginning at 6:30 p.m. Trials are usually scheduled for Tuesday mornings. This Court hears vehicle and traffic matters based on tickets issued by the New York State Police, the Town of Colonie Police Officers and the Albany County Sheriffs. The Colonie Town Attorney’s Office prosecutes the speeding and traffic tickets that were issued by the New York State Troopers and the Colonie Police Officers.
